Owners Corporations Certificates are provided within 10 working days at a cost of $150.00 payable in advance.
Payments can be made by cheque, money order or credit card. A credit card payment attracts a 1.76% credit card fee.
The certificate outlines the current fees for the Lot, the date fees have been paid and total of any unpaid fees or charges for the Lot, includes any special levies or fees which have been raised and when they are payable.
Any additional maintenance works about to be performed that are not included in the fees or levies are included.
The certificate attachments include copies of the last AGM minutes, Owners Corporation rules and a prescribed ‘Statement of Advice’
