Development of plans
We have reviewed and assisted with hundreds of plans for student accommodation. As we manage the Owners Corporations and Proerpty Leasing of these complexes, we understand the specific requirements for your project.
Working relationship with the University
To ensure the success of your project you will need to have an excellent working relationship with the various sections of the University for which your development is targeting.
SHA has built and maintained ongoing mutually beneficial relationships with all universities in Victoria and other states and territories. These relationships will be utilised to ensure positive support for your project.
Obtaining Council Permits
To this point the project has already jumped a number of hurdles, but there are more to come. The next stages can be time consuming and frustrating. Issues such as parking, traffic management, property design and amenity issues will now be consuming your time and thinking.
